Executive coaching and mentoring is one of the most powerful ways to increase both individuals’ and a teams capacity to learn, to generate creativity and to bring about purposeful change and action. I work with leaders to provide versatile, authentic and practical coaching & mentoring services. During our time together (and often long after), I am their confidential sounding board, cheerleader and right hand woman.


When you work with me for executive or career coaching you get:

Step 1) Connecting is important. Book a FREE 30 minute consultation to discuss the options for you (or your leader/executive). 

Step 2) If we agree it’s right to work together, once the contracts have been signed we can get started. 

Step 3) We start by setting the goals for our time together. Having clarity on what’s important for you to achieve helps us both stay focused and me to help you be accountable.

Step 4) Together we will take steps that enable you to make progress towards your goals. These actions create momentum and drive lasting change. And of course there is time for reflection

Coaching takes place over Zoom or can be face to face down on the lovely East Sussex coast near Brighton.

I do not offer one-off coaching sessions as real change needs deeper relationship, goals, action and reflection. Most Executive clients work with me for between three to six months.
